For years we have been offering our key people the three levels of leadership training offered by Catalyst Training: Front-Line Leadership, Advanced Leadership and Results CenteredLeadership. Feedback is very positive with participants telling us they both enjoy and benefit from the real life scenarios and role playing that is a key component of the programs. One participant, speaking on the Results Centered Leadership session, shared that it was the best training program she had ever attended and recommended it to all her peers.To date we have engaged well over 100 people from our locations across Canada in the Catalyst Leadership Training program.
