At Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group Canada, one of our top priorities is to provide our people with tools and training to help them succeed and to excel in their roles to become leaders. Arpac Storage Systems has been using the Prevue Assessment software for more than four years. We started with the booklets and migrated to the internet access.

The Prevue Assessments have become a mandatory component in our recruitment process. Our various departmental managers use this tool to better frame their follow up interview as well as to confirm their impressions.

Vanguard Plastics Ltd has been using the Prevue Assessment and the services of Mr. Dan Monteiro and Catalyst Training since 2001.The software was initially purchased to assist in the hiring of managers and supervisors within the company. We later expanded it to all administrative staff. It is now a company wide policy that all personnel within both companies must complete the Prevue testing before coming to work for Vanguard Plastics or Premo Plastics.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring the right individuals for our organizations.
