At Transferra Nanosciences Inc. (formerly Northern Lipids Inc.) one of our top priorities is to provide our staff with tools and training to help them succeed and to excel in their roles to become effective leaders. Catalyst Training provides not only an introduction to leadership principles but also encourages practical implementation of goal-setting, communication, delegating, decision-making and team building experiences which allow participants to benefit immediately. The training was customized specific to our group and was delivered on company premises. An added benefit of the program was the ability to use examples of real work situations providing opportunities for everyone to share and solve issues as a team. This is a unique approach that Catalyst Training provides to companies such as Transferra, where team building is promoted in our organization.
We have been offering our key staff the two levels of leadership training offered by Catalyst Training: (Front-Line Leadership, and Results Centered Leadership). Feedback was very positive and the participants felt that they benefited from the real life scenarios and role playing that they encountered throughout the course.
One participant, speaking on the Results Centered Leadership session, shared that it was the best training program she had ever attended and recommended it to all of her peers.
