Vanguard Plastics Ltd has been using the Prevue Assessment and the services of Mr. Dan Monteiro and Catalyst Training since 2001.The software was initially purchased to assist in the hiring of managers and supervisors within the company. We later expanded it to all administrative staff. It is now a company wide policy that all personnel within both companies must complete the Prevue testing before coming to work for Vanguard Plastics or Premo Plastics.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring the right individuals for our organizations. The costs associated with the hiring process and the training of new team members far exceeds the costs associated with the Prevue tests. Our managers rely on the results of the testing as well as the consultation services provided by Mr. Monteiro. Dan’s service has been invaluable to us.
